Start with
personal training

Personal training always starts with getting to know you. I take time to understand how your body moves, what feels challenging, and what you need at this stage. From there, I create a plan that makes sense for your goals, your routine, and your energy, with a focus on long-term progress.

All sessions are one-on-one, with full attention on you. We focus on building strength with good technique, awareness, breathing, and recovery. You’ll not only follow a plan, but also learn how your body responds to training, so you feel confident and in control of what you’re doing.

If you’re pregnant, recently postpartum, or going through perimenopause or menopause, your training is adjusted accordingly. I work with an understanding of how hormonal changes can influence strength, fatigue, and recovery, and I adapt the approach to support your body safely and effectively.
