I’m deeply passionate about movement, nutrition, and strength.

Women’s bodies are complex and respond to training differently. Our hormones, energy levels, recovery, life phases, and stress all shape how we move, build muscle, and progress. That complexity is exactly what drew me to this work.

I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, specialized in women’s fitness. Strength training is at the core of my work, because muscle is the foundation for a capable, resilient body. But strength, to me, goes beyond lifting weights. It includes technique, awareness, mobility, nutrition, and how your body is supported as a whole.

I continuously deepen my knowledge through education in training, nutrition, and Pilates, so I can offer coaching that is thoughtful, up-to-date, and truly supportive of the female body.

I don’t believe in quick fixes or generic programs. I believe in training that’s responsible, sustainable, and realistic for your body and your life.
